Please note that all cakes & pies are subject to the artistic interpretation of the baker & cake decorator. I strive to honor the general look, color palette, and theme requested, we do not offer exact replicas of other cakes or images.

Design elements such as color shades, piping details, floral placement, or figure styles may vary slightly depending on the medium, materials, and creative judgment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that creative discretion is left to the cake artist, and minor variations from references are to be expected.

Every cake & pie is made with love, care, and the highest quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for any of our baked goods.

Why No Returns or Refunds?

Due to the nature of our products:

    •    Cakes & pies are perishable and custom-made.

    •    Once a cake or pie leaves our premises or has been delivered, we can no longer guarantee its condition.

    •    Each order is handcrafted specifically for you, which means we cannot restock or resell it.

We take great pride in ensuring your order is completed to your specifications. Please double-check all order details (flavor, design, message, pickup/delivery date, etc.) before finalizing your order.

If you notice an error on our part, such as the wrong flavor, size, or design, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Damages After Pickup or Delivery

Once your order is picked up or delivered, LEETSY is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation, handling, or storage by the customer.

All cake & pie orders must be picked up between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on your scheduled pickup date in South Park, San Diego. Please plan accordingly, as this pickup window is firm.

If you are unable to pick up your cake during this time, we strongly encourage you to arrange for a friend or family member to collect it on your behalf. Cakes and pies will not be held overnight or rescheduled for a later pickup.

🚫 Important:

If your cake or pie is not picked up during the designated pickup window, your order will be considered forfeited. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for missed pickups.

After placing your order, the address will be sent to you closer to pick up date selected.
